How to play:- Place stones on the board’s intersections to expand influence and secure territory.
- Surround opposing stones to remove their last liberties and capture them from the board.
- Connect your stones to increase shared liberties and avoid creating isolated, weak groups.
- Observe the ko rule to prevent immediate repetition of the previous board position.
- Build frameworks in the opening, then invade or reduce your opponent’s areas to rebalance the board.
- When both players pass, count territory plus captured stones; the higher total wins.
