Open Outline Manager and follow the on-screen instructions to create your own VPN server. Choose a cloud service provider like DigitalOcean or Google Cloud to host your server. Share Access to the VPN:
Once your server is set up, the Outline Manager will generate access keys. You can share these access keys with friends, family, or team members, allowing them to connect to your VPN server using the Outline Client app.
