Welcome to the PeoPay app by Bank Pekao S.A. This guide will help you navigate and utilize the app’s features to manage your finances conveniently and securely.
### 1. **Getting Started**
**Download and Install the App:**
- Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for "PeoPay."
- Download and install the app on your mobile device.
**Register and Set Up Your Account:**
- Open the PeoPay app and log in using your Bank Pekao credentials.
- If you do not have an account, you can open one by following the in-app instructions, including the option to open an account using a selfie.
- Set up a secure PIN or enable biometric authentication (fingerprint or FaceID) for added security.
### 2. **Managing Your Accounts**
**View Account Balances and Transaction History:**
- On the main dashboard, you can view your account balances and recent transactions.
- Tap on any account to see detailed transaction history and search for specific transactions.
**Make Transfers:**
- Select “Transfers” from the main menu.
- Choose between domestic transfers, international transfers, or Express Elixir for instant transfers.
- Enter the recipient’s details, amount, and confirm the transfer using your preferred authentication method.
### 3. **Using BLIK Payments**
**BLIK Transfers:**
- Tap on “BLIK” from the dashboard.

**ATM Withdrawals and Deposits:**
- Use the BLIK option to withdraw cash from ATMs without a card. Simply generate a BLIK code in the app, enter it at the ATM, and withdraw your cash.
- For deposits, find an ATM with the BLIK logo, generate a BLIK code, and deposit your cash.

**Pay Bills:**
- Go to “Payments” from the main menu.
