Welcome to the Uber Pro Card app! This guide will help you get started with your Uber Pro Card, manage your earnings, and take full advantage of all the features and benefits the card offers.
Getting Started
Download and Install: Download the Uber Pro Card app from your device’s app store.
Sign Up or Log In:
If you’re new to the Uber Pro Card, sign up by following the prompts in the app to enter your personal information and link your Uber account.
If you already have an Uber Pro Card, simply log in using your existing credentials.
Activate Your Card:
Once you receive your Uber Pro Card in the mail, activate it by entering the card number and following the instructions in the app.
Managing Your Earnings
Automatic Cashouts:
Your earnings are automatically transferred to your Uber Pro Card after every trip. There’s no need to manually request cashouts—just complete your ride or delivery, and your funds will be available on your card.
You can view your available balance in real-time within the app.
Backup Balance:
If your balance is low, you can access up to $150 through the Backup Balance feature, depending on your Uber Pro status. This feature is automatically enabled if you’ve earned at least $700 on the Uber platform in the previous calendar month.
To check your eligibility and available Backup Balance, go to the "Backup Balance" section in the app.
Earning Cash Back
Gas Cash Back:
Use your Uber Pro Card to pay for gas and earn up to 7% cash back, depending on your Uber Pro status. The higher your status, the more cash back you receive.
Use the app’s map feature to find gas stations that participate in the Mastercard Easy Savings program to maximize your cash back.
Tracking Cash Back:
Track your accumulated cash back rewards in the app. You can view your monthly earnings and see how close you are to reaching the monthly cash back cap of $100.
Using Your Card
Digital Wallet Integration:
Add your Uber Pro Card to your preferred digital wallet (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) for convenient tap-to-pay transactions. This makes it easy to use your card for purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted.
ATM Withdrawals:
Withdraw cash for free at any of the 55,000 ATMs in the Allpoint Network. Use the ATM Locator feature in the app to find the nearest no-fee ATM.
If you withdraw funds from an ATM outside the Allpoint Network, be aware that you may incur fees.
Security Features
Card Management:
If your Uber Pro Card is lost or stolen, you can lock it instantly through the app to prevent unauthorized transactions. Once you find your card, you can easily unlock it from the same menu.
